This ‘hands on’ workshop includes:
• Floristry demonstrations to show you how to make your own sustainable Christmas wreath
• All necessary wreath materials for guests to then create their own wreaths at the workshop – including seasonal foliage, a selection of homegrown dried flowers and seasonal berries and fruits
• Cookery demonstrations of Louise’s own creations to inspire you with new ideas to delight your guests over the festive period. These will include Christmas canapés and 'prepare ahead’ seasonal appetisers such as a seasonal soup that can be served for relaxed lunch, or elevated by adding a few delicious ingredients and served as a starter for a Christmas gathering
•Two course lunch including the dishes Louise has demonstrated, together with her homemade sourdough bread, Swedish crispbread and a glass of Seasonal Fizz
•Tea and coffee, with homemade treats, on arrival and during the wreath making
• Your own festive wreath to take home, plus recipe sheets for everything in the cookery demos

*For this workshop to proceed, a minimum number of attendees is necessary to cover the incurred costs. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the class is cancelled by us, a full refund will be offered to you.
